By accessing or using HiveSense, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use HiveSense on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

HiveSense provides software and reports intended to help users analyze public-facing storefronts and identify conversion, AOV, merchandising, and checkout opportunities.

You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly, and not to interfere with, abuse, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Where credits are used, one report may consume a defined credit amount depending on the plan and product rules in effect at the time of use.

You retain responsibility for URLs, brand assets, data, and materials you submit or connect to HiveSense.

HiveSense may generate findings, recommendations, summaries, and exports based on public-facing information and the inputs you provide. Those outputs are provided for business decision support and do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

HiveSense and its software, workflows, branding, content, and related materials are owned by HiveSense or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription or lawful access period.

HiveSense is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, or that use of the service will produce any specific commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveSense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, if fees remain unpaid, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time, and may request account closure subject to outstanding obligations.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HiveSense after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
